Troubleshooting
Verify that the thermostat is receiving power by following the steps below:
- Press a button on the thermostat.
- If the thermostat does not light up, it may not be receiving adequate power. Try changing the batteries.

Caution: Do not touch any of the wires while changing the batteries.

- If the thermostat does light up, it is receiving power. To test its functionality:
- Make a local change by adjusting the set point or mode.
- Wait 1-2 minutes, then refresh the Property Manager Portal or app.
Unpairing and Pairing operation
Unpairing and pairing the device to the hub can also achieve reconnecting the device to the hub's network and delete the malfunction alert.

If the change does not appear in the Property Manager Portal or app, the malfunction status persists, or if remote commands still do not work, The Device will most likely need a replacement.
