Resolve Water Sensor Malfunction
A water sensor with a malfunction means it lost connectivity to the hub, to troubleshoot the alert try relocating the device or unpairing it and pairing it again.
To Pair/Unpair:
1. Put the hub into pairing mode through the "Add devices" menu option in the App / Website, or press/release the pairing button on the back of the hub. Here is Article on how to do this
2. Press this button on the water sensor when hub is in pairing mode:
To unpair repeat the same process but instead, press and hold the pairing button on the hub until the red light comes on and repeat the pairing process on the sensor to unpair.
If the problem persists, the device will likely need replacement.
