To download clips from an SVR/CSVR: 

  1. Log into the Customer Website. 
  2. Click Video. 
  3. Click SVR Timeline.
  4. Mouse over the desired video feed, and then click
  5. Click Download Clip.
  6. In the Download Video pop-up modal, select the day, start time, and duration of up to 5 or 15 minutes, depending on the SVR/CSVR.


     
  7. Click Download.
  8. Click Ok.
  9. The requested clip will begin downloading to the computer being used as an .mp4 file.
