How to Create Building Access Users in MDU systems

This article shows how to setup building access for vendors in MDU systems. This is for electronically controlled strikes / mag-locks only for building doors, NOT unit door access via smart locks. Here is a video showing how to do it: https://youtu.be/OHp8tEiRpks

For creating a User code for both Unit Doors + Building Doors, go to THIS ARTICLE.

1. Login to Pointcentral.com and go to the Access Control Enterprise Group.

2. Click on "User Access"

3. Click on "Users" then "Add New User"

4. Enter User Name then press "Create"

5. Click on "Add Credentials" then select "PIN". A pin code will appear.

6. Then click on "Manage Access" and choose the appropriate Access Plan then Click "Save" at the bottom. It will take about 5mins for the code to be live in the door control system.
