The Move-Out button can be used in the event the Property Management Software (PMS) data is not up to date or a move-out is needed immediately.

Follow these steps to remove PointCentral access when a resident moves out.

PointCentral API: If the PointCentral API is integrated with your Property Management Software (PMS) provider, this process will be automated. If you do not have a PMS integration and do not see the Move-Out button, please contact support for further assistance. 

Move-Out button features
  • Removes any resident login or user code created through the PMS integration
  • Removes any secondary, single-system Logins
  • Removes and additional single system User Codes
  • Moves the unit to the Vacant group from the Occupied group
To use the Move-Out button:

 Caution: Once the resident’s login and user codes are deleted, they will no longer have access to the PointCentral User Site or mobile app.

  1. Log into the PointCentral User Site using an Administrator login.
  2. From the Occupied Group Locations page, find and click on the resident’s unit name.
  3. Click "...".


     
  4. Click Move-Out.
  5. Click Confirm to begin the move-out. This process generally completes within 5 minutes.
