The PointCentral Dashboard is accessible from both the Parent and Subgroup levels. The PointCentral Dashboard aims to save time and help you easily find what you need without navigating through multiple pages. It streamlines tasks for property managers, making the property manager portal more efficient and user-friendly.
Features
The PointCentral Dashboard includes various features including a search bar, quick actions, events, and trouble conditions.
Search bar
• Quickly Search: Easily search for people, units, locks, or access control (if applicable)
• Unit Search: Select a desired unit to be directed to the edit location page for that unit
• Person Search: Select a desired user to be brought directly to their user profile
Quick actions
Sync to PMS
• Available to accounts with active PMS integration
• Though we automatically sync to your PMS every hour, we know sometimes quick changes need to occur. The quick action Sync to PMS carries out PMS sync on demand. A cooldown period of 15 minutes follows any time the PMS sync is triggered and the Quick Action is greyed out for that period to allow time for the sync to complete.
Move In
• Select Move In and search for the desired unit.
• Once the unit is selected, you will be directed to add new resident information and move one or multiple people in, all in one smooth process.
Move Out
• Select Move Out and search for the desired unit.
• Once the unit is selected, you will be directed to manage your residents and move them out as needed.
My Saved Doors
• Search and Save: Use the search bar to quickly find a lock you need. Click to add the door as a saved door for quick access to lock or unlock it without navigating through multiple pages.
• Access Control: Access Control doors can also be added to saved doors for quick access.
Create Pin Code
• Quick Code Creation: Allows users to quickly create a code for a vendor or guest. Click Create Pin Code to be presented with the new user page where you can create a user code as needed.
Manage Self-Guided Tours
• Direct Access: Selecting this will bring you directly to the settings for Self-Guided Tours, allowing you to quickly manage any necessary settings. For more information, see PointCentral Self-Guided Tours Solution.
• Seamless Management: Whether you need to enable credit card verification or adjust your hours of operation, you will have a seamless experience accessing the settings necessary to complete your tasks.

• Move events: This module will show successful move in and outs that have occurred since 5:00pm the previous day.

Why am I missing Sync to PMS?
You will not see the Sync to PMS if you do not have a PMS integration enabled.
Why am I missing Move In and Move out buttons?
If you have a PMS integration enabled, you will not see the on-demand options for move in and move out, though we will add these in the future.
How can I access the PointCentral Dashboard?
The PointCentral Dashboard will be available at group level, including parent group.
What do these different events in the top priorities section mean?
Click on the event and select the caret ^ to show additional information about the event.
Who can see the PointCentral Dashboard?
Anyone with an enterprise login can view the PointCentral Dashboard. However, if their login permissions have any limitations to existing workflows, such as being able to move someone in or out, those limitations would apply to the PointCentral Dashboard as well.
How are priorities defined in the maintenance section?
Events will be defined as either high, medium, or low.
Can I create an app login from the PointCentral Dashboard? No. Login creation will still occur through normal move in process.
