How to resolve a severe heating/cooling alert

This alert means that the HVAC system is not heating or cooling properly. If you are a resident please contact your property manager.

Here are potential causes:

- Check air filter of HVAC system.

- Confirm the HVAC system has power or reset the breaker powering it.

- Check the batteries on the thermostat and replace if low (ADC-T2000) or remove thermostat plate from wall and re-attach (ADC-T4000)
